CM 5.1.3 to 6.1

I've upgraded the CM from 5.1.3 to 6.1. CM service is not coming up because I have to license the CM software now in version 6.1

I couldn't find any doc how to get this license now.I didn't see any xml file generated in the license upload section.

Please can any one help me on this.

I had to open a Case to get the License. I basically sent a screen shot of the License page to TAC plus the contract number and the Serial Number of the upgrade kit.
