Hello,

Does anyone know of this performance issue on ISR 3845 router. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Here is the issue:

I have been told that if I have a ethernet switching module on the router and do mls QOS config between the switch module and the router (internal port), the performance for EF class traffic on the WAN link goes down to only 4 mbps regardless if is it 8xT1/E1 or a DS3 connections. Please help!

I have this problem too.

Who told you this ? Seem like unsubstantiated information.

Often, people that makes these claims, don't have access to the necessary (and expensive) test equipment necessary to prove it. But, they spread the rumor anyway.
