hi, when i entred by hyperterminal to verify the SW image, i have find

C3750-IPBASE-M ! it's correct? because normaly i find IP Services Image. i want to confirm this if there is somebody who worked with with 3750-TS-E.

Hi Mehiaoui,

AFAIK 3750-TS-E comes default with EMI image. Can you post the output of sh version or confirm if the model number is not WS-C3750G-24TS-S which comes with SMI image.

when i typed sh version, i have this information :

512K bytes of flash-simulated non-volatile configuration memory.

Base ethernet MAC Address : 00:19:56:D0:A1:80

Motherboard assembly number : 73-7058-13

Power supply part number : 341-0045-01

Motherboard serial number : CAT10385R53

Power supply serial number : PHI1023L1ZQ

Model revision number : M0

Hi Sid,

As of now this switch is running IP BASE image but can be upgraded to ADVANCED IP SERVICES also. Are you currently facing any issues with this switch or IOS?
