One of our customers is going to add three new CallManagers to the current three callmanager cluster. I have three IPIVRs, version 4.5.
The customer is going to change the CTI Manager services to the new three CallManagers.
How can I change the CTI Managers in IPIVR 4.5? I have tried the CallManager configuration page on CRS AppAdmin, but I can only see the current two CTI Managers set up.
