New voicemail but there is not any when checked on IP Phones

Can any one help how to fix this issue please... There are no new messages but it keeps saying there is a new message.

I have this problem too.

You mean the MWI is turned on? You need to check your Voicemail system to see if someone configured an alternate extension for that extension. If you are using Unity, you can run a report to see.
