1252 AP DHCP option 60 question

Unanswered Question
Jan 22nd, 2008

Hello all,

I am installing 1252 AP's for the first time later this week and can not find on Cisco's web site what to enter for the dhcp option 60 vci string for this model AP when using IOS as the dhcp server.

Will "Cisco AP c1240" work or perhaps "Cisco AP c1250" ?

If anyone can point me to a link that will answer this question or perhaps let me know what you used for this parameter if you have alredy installed an lwaap 1252 it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

I have this problem too.

Hi Rob,

Thank you for your quick response. I thought that might be the answer but did not find the doc you referenced. I now have it book marked.

Thank you again :-)
