How are things my friend :) I think the command should be;

The Cisco Unified IP Phones 7940 and 7940G and the Cisco Unified IP Phones 7960 and 7960G have the same phone firmware and share the 7960-7940 keyword.

Router(config-telephony)# load 7960-7940 P00303020209
