I have a customer who is trying to use his moc clients tied with his cipc phone. We have followed the Cisco document for OCS intergration (screen shot documentation) and used the LCS documentation for support. The fundamental problem at the moment is that the Cisco UP SIP Proxy service will not run in any case. This is causing the ctigw to fail. I have changed the service parameter on the cups for the sip proxy from the default to tesl.com and this has not resolved the issue. Any ideas on how to fix this before we continue with testing the integration. IPPM was currently working on this set up but this is failing now due to the sip proxy service not being able to run.
