Problems with itouch and LWAPP?

Has anyone had any problems with iTouch devices not connecting to their wireless network?

The WCS 'sees' the MAC address of these device but they never successfully associate. There is no further information on the WCS.

Our network is a Cisco LWAPP network.

Thanks!

Lynne

Check the signal strength on the client. Try to change the channel and increase the power level on the Access Point. Also check the Security settings on the access point.

Thanks!

It turns out to be a user education issue.

We use a VPN to secure the wireless and they were not connecting to the WebVPN, therefore they couldn't get anywhere.

The good thing is we got one of these to test with; pretty nice!
