Solved: Customizing logo 7911

Hello,

I have a problem customizing logo in the 7911 phone and CCM 6. I read documentation "Cisco Unified IP Phone 7906G and 7911G Administration Guide for Cisco Unified CallManager 6.0 (SCCP and SIP)", I have configured the List.xml file as it explain the documentation, I have created two pictures in png format, and upload these files in the directory Desktops/95x34x1/. Stop and start the service TFTP, but don't appear the logo in the menu phone's.

List.xml file :

<ImageItem Image=â€TFTP:Desktops/95x34x1/SirtThumbnail.png"

</CiscoIPPhoneImageList>

Not matter what I do when I try to

modify the background "Selections Unavailable" is displayed at the bottom of

the display. What am I missing?

Do there is somebody happens it the same?

Hi,

Also when you copy List.xml code from a pdf or webpage, quote (") sign is not in the right format. Try to reenter the quotes again (").

your tftp url looks like its missing the host, try something like this:

tftp://x.x.x.x/Desktops/95x34x1/Sirt.png"/>

Also, just a sanity check, (only if the ip is reachable from your pc) try to tftp this from a pc, on windows command-line it would be something like this:

tftp -i x.x.x.x get Desktops/95x34x1/Sirt.png
