My customer's VPN3020 has a pptp configuration on Base Group and is working for a long time for remote peer to access via PPTP. But I found that now when I connect it via pptp in my office, another person in my office cannot connect it using the same account. We are using same IP address to connect to Internet. I remember it should allow simultanous login and allow unlimited PPTP tunnel. So I suspect if it has some software error and need a reboot or software update.
I found a error message which generated when another person cannot connect it via PPTP. As the following:
PPTP tunnel for peer <my office's ip address) denied - already established
Is it a software error or any other?
