Cisco IP Communicator is video disabled

I am try to connect Cisco IP Communicator with Cisco Unified Video advantage but the link between them is shown broken on CUVA.

i searched through google and found that problem can be that my IP Communicator is not video enabled.

Please help?

Make sure Video Capabilities option is enabled in call manager for the IPC device. If you have access to the ccmadmin web page, go to device-->phone, find your device, and check the enable video checkbox on that page.
