cisco unified department attendant console

I have setup the server software and it communicates with callmager 6.0, I have setup the client part on a pc and have configued dn 1000 for the attendant.

the problem is when I loggin I can use speed dials, can answer calls, I cannot transfer or do anything else the rest are greyed out. cannot hold a call.

I cannot see any other phones in the directory to monitor, It is as if I am by my self and answer external calls only but cannot do anything else with the calls.

Also make sure that all the phones are associated with the AC.

Hi there


Is this for the Cisco Attendant Console (bundled with the CUCM), or the Department Attendant Console?


If this is the department attendant console, ensure that you have configured the CTI intgration - CTI Route Points & CTI ports etc?
