VPN concentrator Interface issue..

I have observed ..intermittently my VPN concentrator private interface got hung & all connections r disconnets ,even I wont be able to ping ..Every time i has to remove the cable & then add to make it avilable..Please need ur help to rectify the issue...Thanks in advance...

Where is the private interface plugged into. A Hub or switch and what is the speed and duplex setting on the VPN3000. Have you tried swapping the cable. Do you see any errors, collisions, etc on that port.

Most of the time, the issue is related to bad cable, speed, duplex settings. So, you may want to check all the above settings.
