It appears to be an OEM product from Accelenet. You can find product literature at their site.

Also the additional server is due to the placement of the mobile solution vs. the remote office solution. The mobile solution is typically placed near the VPN concentrator within the DMZ and the WAAS remote office solution is placed in the DC WAn edge and remote sites.
