Huntgroup voicemail question

We have a customer with CCM5.1 and Unity Connection 1.2. They want the following:

Extension 120 (huntgroup) is been called extension 122, 123, 124 must ring for 20 sec. Last 10 sec to extension 121 . If no answer it must go to voicemail.

If extension 121 call forward all to huntgroup 120 they are redirected to the voicemailbox of extension 121 instead of the huntgroup voicemail.

Anyone any suggestion?
