Solved: Unable navigate between 2 active calls on 7931G

Hello ,

I have a problem with ip phone 7931G .

I'm unable to switch between 2 active calls .I respond at the first call , when respond the second call the first going in hold state and there is no way to hold the second call to resume the first .

When the second call end the first call come available .

The system is 2801 with IOS Version 12.4(11)XW22801-SPSERVICESK9-M the 7931 FW is SCCP31.8-2-2SR2S .

Sorry about that! This is a limitation of the 7931G Model itself :(

Hi Rob,

I have already see the solution posted , but i need know if the problem is the limitation of the phone or the funcionality of the phone is the same of the other model (7941 and 7911)
