I am deloying a new piece of monitoring software and looking to set my interafce and device thresholds appropriately. I know each network is different, but is there some kind of guide or best practices for "safe" limits as far as things like CPU Util., Memory Util., etc. go? Should I be also looking at things like buffer hits, etc.?
