I am having a problem with several Cisco 7960 phones. Missed calls do not display on the main screen -- they can however be accessed from the call history.
A workaround for this is to clear the call history and reboot the phone. The problem is that the issue is appearing more frequently now and its a pain having to do this every few weeks on every phone.
The issue seems to have appeared after the New Zealand DST firmware upgrade was applied.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
