I am having a problem with several Cisco 7960 phones. Missed calls do not display on the main screen -- they can however be accessed from the call history.
A workaround for this is to clear the call history and reboot the phone. The problem is that the issue is appearing more frequently now and its a pain having to do this every few weeks on every phone.
The issue seems to have appeared after the New Zealand DST firmware upgrade was applied.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Can you please let us know what Firmware you are running on the 7960's.

Hi David,
I thought this may be a Bug in the Phone Firmware, but have searched through all the 8.3 Loads (this must be a 7961 you are referring to :). Nothing comes up that is even remotely similar. I also looked through any Bugs related to the New Zealand DST Patches, nothing there either.
I would suggest opening a new case with TAC as maybe you have discovered a new Bug (pesky things!)
