I can't access into voice port FXS & FXO

I have installed two VIC cards in HWIC slot 2&3(VIC2-FXS & VIC2-FXO) on cisco router 2821 (256RAM/64F:c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-6.T7.bin). I saw two voice cards when I was typed show version command. I tried to access into voice-port but I can't...anybody help me?

show voice-port, I didn't see voice-port on hwic slots, I only saw:

Hi, you do not have the required DSP resources (PVDM2-xx modules). Do show diag to confirm. The smaller you can use is PVDM2-8.
