CCM 5.1.3 LDAP SYNCH ISSUE

Hi

We trying to import useres from AD THERE ARE ABT 500 users but its only 221 usres are getting imported.attaching the logs

Pls suggest

Make sure that the users you are importing have first names and last names in AD.

Also make sure that the account you are using to setup the sync has read permissions on the objects in AD.

Check if you have the license to import large number of users. Number of users are limited based on Software you have.

Hi Jon

Thats perfect.I had contacted PDI helpdesk for this case they suggested the same thing.The useres shd have first and last name.

I wish u could have suggested it bit early :-)
