ICM integration to Genesys

Anyone out there ever done an implementation where ICM is doing pre-routing for multiple Genesys deployments? I have a customer who wants to use ICM "in the cloud" but still use Genesys for the local contact center/acd functionality.

I don't see a PG that exists for Genesys so I am guessing some customer GED-125 interface would have to be developed.

Digger,

long time.  How did you resolved this or have done any thing else similar.

I am pre routing with Genesys and CSR's are in UCCE.
