Hi,
I config the three dial peers, the setting is following. I would like to achieve following:
1. the voice traffic sends to 192.168.16.1 and 192.168.16.2 as round robin mode (first call to 16.1, second call to 16.2, third call to 16.3, 4th 16.2, .... etc)
2. if both dial peer meet the max-con, it routes to 3rd dial peer.
however, the max-con of two dial peers are different (168 and 96). any work around of it?
It has timer to control the call route to another dial peer when it meets the max-con. how to config the timer?
If I config 10 dial peers. does the call always goes to the 1st dial peer first. If full, it goes second dial peer. If full, it goes 3rd dial peer. ..... etc
If so, does the call timeout when it try 10 dial peer?

Hi,
your config looks ok and should do what you described.
I did not understand your timeout question, can you rephrase it.

Hi,
regarding the timeout issue
I config 10 dial peers (88601 - 88610) and the pref is 1 to 10.
dial peer voice 88601 voip
pref 1
dial peer voice 88602 voip
pref 2
dial peer voice 88603 voip
pref 3
:
:
1. does each call always try the 1st dial peer? if fails, it tries second dial peer. If fails, it tries third dial peer. .....
is it correct?
2. If I have 10 dial peer, does the call time out if it goes from 1st dial peer to 9 dial peer?
3. if two dial peers' max-con are different
e.g.
dial peer voice 88601
max-con 100
dial peer voice 88602
max-con 75
dial peer voice 88603
max-con 120
pref 1
does the 76th call go to 88603 (but there is 25 cct in 88601)?

1. yes
2. the timer is reset for each hunt step across DPs. see: http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_1t/12_1t2/feature/guide/dtcfgtim.html
3. per configuration given, the 76th calls goes via 88602. At that point, both DP 88601 and 88602 should have 38 calls each, and max-conn has not been reached yet.

Hi,
regarding Q3, the 152 nd call, does it go "88603 dial peer"?

No, it goes via 88601, that at that point has 77 calls, hence has not reached the max-conn of 100.
