Setup: Cisco 851 connected to DSL line and a couple of inside clients along with a webserver, all inside my LAN.

Problem: I can hit my internal website fine outside of my LAN, but inside of my LAN I can't... I was using a consumer grade LinkSys router before and had no trouble geting to my website inside and outside of the LAN... I know this is probably just a configuration issue on the 851.

Please help!

Are you running a proxy server? You may have to click they bypass for local addresses. Can you ping your webserver? If not you may want to post your router config.
