If we try to download signature update, the cisco site will ask for cisco account with service agreement. how can i get this agreement? and can i get a service agreement for ips only, or its a global one?
You probably should talk to an account rep but you'll want SmartNet & then signature update support. This will be per sensor (serial # needed) but depending upon the size of your corp you may get a discount.
