extension mobility problems with 7970 series

I am having an issue with getting extension mobility to work with 7970G IP phone. Have configured it successfully on 7960 and 7941 IP phones but whenever I create the device profile etc for 7970 IP phone it seems to crash the phone after logging in. The extension mobility config for 7970 also seems to cause problems with the other IP phones and they also crash when logging in. Once all 7970 extension mobility related configs removed, the other phones work fine again.

Please let me know any ideas. We have

Cisco Communications Manager 6.0
