CPU performance on 1721 series router

Hi,

on one of my router cpu utilization is getting higher and due to this application access is getting effected.

I am sending the utilization details.

Pls suggest is there any thing that i can do by myself or need to raise a call to the vendor

can you post the sh process cpu when you have high utilization

Also, if you can post your show proc cpu when its very high, other suggestions might be provided.

PS:

Do note, that routers have a finite capacity, so sometimes the traffic load require a more powerful box.

From the show cpu process listing you provided, looks like your cpu hits are bursty and I don't see any software process with a look term high utilization.
