How can i check that a particular IOS version support SSH features or not

SSH requires Crypto software and hence the bestr way to check is whether you have the letter "K9" in the IOS

flash:c3825-advipservicesk9-mz.124-3g.bin

Another thing would be to check whether you are able to execute the following command

crypto key generate rsa

And you can always use the feature navigator to check these

www.cisco.com/go/fn
