Cisco ATA 188 Call Waiting w/Caller-ID

Issue with some of our ATA 188s.

Running CCM ver 4.1(3)sr5d and ATA fw ver is ATA030203SCCP051201A.

Call waiting is working on these devices but the issue is that when the initial call comes in caller-id works, but when the second call comes in, you hear the call waiting tone, but there is no caller-id with the second call displayed. Any ideas ?

Hi,

As far I know, ATA doesn't support sending clid for call waiting.

According to our customer, it had worked previously and now it will come and go.

I verified that the call is coming through the same gateway every time and clid is attached to the call.

Actually according to this doc:

it does support it...Hmm not too sure where to go with this one.
