Delay when selecting keys

We recetntly upgraded from CCM 3.3 to Unified Call Manager, 5.1.3. Since then, we have been experiencing delays when selecting a key on the phone. For instance, we have a call on hold and when we press resume, it takes 4-5 seconds to be reconnected with the call. Or, if we want to make a new call and hit the new call key and immediately start dialing, some of the digits dialed are not "accepted", so instead of say, 3910803, we see 10803 and the call does not go through.
