Problem with Cisco vpn client

When I try to access my customer's network, using Cisco VPN client ver., I get the following error messages:

Unexpected SW error occurred while processing Aggressive Mode negotiator:(Navigator:2237)

Any help would be most helpful.

The below messages means the client's and VPN Server's Groupname/Password are not matching. Can you make sure that you have the correct GroupName/Password Configured.

Hash verification failed... may be configured with invalid group password
