CUVA Video call receives no remote video

We are using CUVA 2.0.2 on XP system with video enabled on ext. within CM. When first opening up CUVA and choosing video check we are able to view both local and remote windows. When placing or receiving a conference call the only window that appears is the local window. On the other side of conference call they are only able to see Remote window. When testing all other users within same CM are able to view both local and remote. Any suggestions?

Try Bug - CSCsf26578 and use H.263 to receive Video from MCU
