I was trying to look for alerts by group, and the device group window is not populating with data. This is only happening on my specific user login (I can use the admin login, and get the data). Any idea's how to fix my account?

What roles does your user have? Is this server integrated with ACS?

user role has all the roles assigned, this server is not integrated with ACS.

For your user, what settings do you have defined under Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Selector Settings > Group Customization? How does that compare with the admin user?
