CVP not reporting ICM data

We are currently running CVP 4.0.2 and have reporting configured and running properly for call data and VXML detail. We've found that the CallICMInfo table contains no records - is there something special that needs to be configured in order to have CVP write data to this reporting table (it should contain CallGUID, RouterCallKey, RouterCallDay, etc.)

I have this problem too.
