Hello,
Two sites (LAN) are connected through Metro ethernet.We are not able to access server form another site.we are able to ping/trace the server

No there is no ACL on the equipment

How are you trying to access the server share?
\\Servername ?
If so, have you tried \\IPofServer ?

Trying using both server name & IP address also.but not working
