Hi there,
I am having an issue with low volume of voice going out, incoming is fine.
I have a 2801 with PRI and a couple of 7911 phones.
I have tried the "output attenuation" command under the voice port, but it did not make any diference, even between -6 or 14. On the other way, "input gain" worked fine.
Could it be the provider (BT) that is normalising the signal?

Hi, please configure:
network-clock-participate wic 3
network-clock-select 1 E1 0/3/0
That will eliminate all errors on controller E1 and voice quality should improve.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
