Translation Route to VRU failure

I'm getting the following message on the Router process window:

TranRoutetoVRU failed. Unable to map route 5010 to a network VRU

I know that 5010 is the service I've selected in the "Trans Route to VRU" node. Any idea what I have configured wrong? What should I check? I can't figure out how I specifically map the "route" to the network VRU. I must be overlooking something.

Hi Thomas,

usually there is one default Network VRU being defined per installation, do you have one? Seems like you might have an IVR peripheral but no Network VRU defined.
