Hi all,
I have enabled all reporting related services (CDR schedular and web) on CCM 5.1 also I have activated "CDR Enabled " and "Call Diagnostic" flags.
whenever I try to generate a report the system will display the following message "Data is not available in the Database".
even I cannot view any report if they are automatically generated or customized.

I have the exact same problem. And dont have solution yet.

are you guys running a user report or a CDR report?
try 1st with CDR reports to find out if there is data in there
tomorrow i can post a qry you can use to look directly into the CAR DB and verify if there is any data in there

actually I have enabled another service "Reporting Serviceability" from the serviceability navigation bar even though all required mentioned services in the manual have been enabled.
so it is working now properly.
