Hello

take a look to this Scenario:

if you 2 switches connected togather via l2 etherchannel(Port-channel 2) and there are 2 interfave vlan:

int vlan 50

ip address 192.168.50.1/24

int vlan 51

ip address 192.168.51.1/24

those interfaces on both Switches.ospf as routing protocols.now if i want to use the security to secure area 0

the config should be under the Intrface vlan or under the Port-channel 2?

OSPF security is applied on the Layer-3 entity; so on the vlan interfcaes. The layer 2 etherchannel has no idea of OSPF - it isn't concerned with IP routing protocols.
