I have been informed that I can use one of the switch port in 871 to connect another WAN there. Is there any possibility I can actually use that for another or backup WAN connection if there is a way let me know a configuration link will be helpfull.

First of all you need the "advanced ip services" image, configure an additional vlan interface, and assign the port you want to it with "switchport mode access vlan XX".
Then, having dual ISP setup with redundancy can be a little complicated, however your starting document is:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk361/technologies_configuration_example09186a00808d2b72.shtml
Note, the title is really misleading. The example does redundancy, but not load balancing.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
