QoS on 3550

Hi!

I have a need to assign priority to some non-VoIP traffic based on IP address for a few ports on my Cat3550, which works at layer2. All other packets should not be dropped. Maybe by deviding the bandwith of link, or by some other manner.

And one more. The same problem on 2611 router's serial port.

Is it possible at all, and if so, how can I do this?

Best regards.

You can set layer 2 or layer 3 priority on your data and also you can use route-map and ACL through this you can block or deny the particular host based on the ip address in your device .
