Hi
when i give the command sh flash in my router (7206) it gived the output "open device slot0 failed (no such device)"
Is it any hardware error?

No it's not a hardware fault. If you want to see where you images are stored do a
router# dir all-filesystems
This will print out all the files and tell you where your image is stored eg. from one of our 7206vxr routers

As you can see IOS images on disk1 so you can now do
router# dir disk1:

To see what file systems you have available, issue the following command:
"show file systems"
Where there are numbers - there is storage. Dashes means there is nothing there.
In your case "FLASH" is just a symbolic link to device "Slot0", you really don't have to worry. Just use Slot1 or Bootflash.
