The skillgroup statistics that an agent sees in it's Dekstop is the one "belonging" to that agent. The issue is why does it not showing only number of Ready agents in the skillgroup?
It's showing total of Ready agents in all the associated skillgroups so it's a bit confusing when checking availablility in the skillgroups for the agents. Is there some solution to this or is it as designed?
