CSA Failed Transaction on Port 80

I'm seeing this in csalog.txt with one of our agents:

[2008-01-25 15:21:56.531] [PID=736] [Csamanager]: Failed transaction, url=http://server1.mydomain.null:80/csamc52/rules_programs/7b9a2b1257335a4d8baa3fef4a62c5a25e963d65, curlerr=7 (Connect failed).

I know that Agents try to use 5401 first, then 443. What is the agent trying to do on port 80?

I have this problem too.

Agents need to connect back to the MC on port 80 to allow agent updates.

It's in the readme file for each hotfix (but nowhere else).
