Where can I find the approved Cisco Microsoft security update/patching. Also, what is Cisco policy and recommendation for Virus protection.

Not to my knowledge, but as mentioned in the link, Cisco CallManager 3.2(x) and later" includes 3.3(x), 4.0(x), 4.1(x), etc.

the first link "http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/osbios.htm " does not support unity, is there a link for that

Unity is now updated with the Unity Server Updates Wizard which can be downloaded here:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity_msft_updates
This wizard will install the approved OS, SQL, Exchange updates for Unity as well as the CSA agent.
