Does anyone know the procedure for resetting the 7921 wireless phones?

If you have totally lost connectivity with 7921G, this is the procedure:

Press ... and speakerphone buttons (located on the left and right sides of the phone) together and then power-up the phone. The phone says "Starting recovery mode. Checking firmware."

Now, you must have the USB-cable (CP-CAB-USB-7921G) and the proper drivers installed to your computer. Then you must change your computers IP-address to, for example 192.168.1.101/255.255.255.0

Use your web-browser to connect to 192.168.1.100 and from there, you can upload a new firmware (.tar file) to the phone. That process takes several minutes. After that, the phone is "factory resetted".

That is the method to recover the firmware and not for factory default.

For fadctory default, the method is to enter **2 when in the Settings > Phone Settings menu.
