LMS3.0.1 - CCO user setup

I was trying to setup the CCO user like in 2.6 but there is not option for this in 3.0.1. I only see an option for a proxy server setup.

HELP????

Thanks for that but I am trying to run the analysis against Cisco.com and getting the attached error. If I hit OK I can continue and it asks for credentials but I would like that error message not to appear. It confuses the others and me.
