Unified CCM 5.1.3 - Cannot transfer directly to voice mail

Previous to the upgrade from 3.3, we could dial *, plus the 4 digit extension and transfer a call directly to individual mail boxes. Now, it takes me to the call handler and forwards me automatically to an operator extension, anytime I dial * plus an ext. HELP, please!

I have this problem too.

Rob, This helped tremendously! The fix was as simple as changing the X'x in the mask and the dn to upper case. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!
