Is this a good signal strength for 1400 aironet?

I can only find this state in web gui

Auto selected: root. RSSI=-60 dBm.

and

Auto selected: non-root. RSSI=-62 dBm.

on the other end...this is a point to point set up...maybe a 200 feet from each other...is this a good signl strength?.How can i tell if im gettt the full 54 mb on the link?

For a distance of 200 feet , signal strength between -45dBm to -55dBm should be good. You can use the Sitesurvey tool on the client to estimate the datarate of the link.
